Pilot programme
Build the first Kettle AI platform pilots with us
A clear seven-stage pathway from discovery to evaluation, designed to create useful evidence for your organisation and a confident basis for future decisions.
- 01
Discovery
Weeks 1–2A structured conversation covering portfolio characteristics, resident engagement capacity, data protection responsibilities and what a credible result would need to look like for your board.
- 02
Feasibility and cohort design
Weeks 3–6We assess property suitability, agree the size and composition of the cohort, and write down the measurement framework — baseline period, comparison method, assumptions and known limitations.
- 03
Governance and agreements
Weeks 5–10Data sharing agreement, DPIA, resident communications approved by your team, complaints route agreed, and the commercial terms contracted.
- 04
Resident engagement
Weeks 8–14Co-branded resident page and materials go live. Residents register interest voluntarily. Eligibility is confirmed by you, not by us.
- 05
Baseline and installation
Weeks 10–20A baseline period is recorded before any hardware changes behaviour. Qualified installers then fit units at times arranged with each household.
- 06
Measured operation
OngoingThe platform operates the batteries. Performance is measured against the baseline and reported to you at agreed intervals.
- 07
Evaluation and publication
End of cohortWe turn pilot learning into a clear written evaluation, giving your organisation practical evidence to guide the next decision and the potential path to scale.
